Try a beauty salon. (not one of those little corner stores) In the talkin saves a little more reality. i dont have an exact location, but u get the idea. or the old-fashioned way ..... Metal on metal refining and use another pair.

This is tried n tested!
Take a glass of Coca-Cola bottle with a small neck. The attempt to cut the neck with scissors UR. Nothings going to happen to the bottle, but make sure that sweeps all Shears ur sword into the neck.
Do it 4-5 times the scissors firmly s)
