no reason why not ... unless Dell has decided to go with the motherboard to ... Big Picture, have to work, but they might have small problems, like the setup motherboard combines the power button / LED / USB's ... the reverse can not know good (you know what it encompasses the mouse / keyboard Ethernet / USB connectors on the rear), but in the worst case, you should not really be there ... with its fine to leave the powder, but I think that's the other side need to improve the cooling system;)
